1 Definitions

1.1 The Games

Pay to play Casino Games regulated under official gaming license, granted by the Government of Costa Rica.

Money won by a Player (also referred to as 'Winnings')

2 Opening Your Account

2.1 Personal Account / Registration Acceptance

You will be issued a personal account and confirmation of your registration.

2.2 Registration

Simply complete the account registration form with your personal details and your chosen password. The Name on your card must match your first name / surname at all times. Your must only use your own cards in your registered name to make deposits and request withdrawals. We reserve the right to void all activity where two persons' (married, common law partners or friends) card details are registered.

2.3 Illegal Wagering is Void

The Operator does not accept liability for any breach by you of the applicable laws of your country of residence. Triple Seven Enterprises reserves the right at its sole discretion to declare any wager as void if a player is identified as playing illegally, in which event no winnings will be paid.

2.4 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

A minimum deposit of USD 10 ($10.00) and a maximum of USD 1,000 ($1,000.00) per transaction may be made on a single credit card. The Operator reserves the right to limit customer deposits on a single day to USD 5,000 ($5,000.00).

2.5 Up to Date Personal Details

It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details are kept up to date. If necessary we will contact you at your registered email address, by phone, or by letter. We will phone your mobile number in preference to your home number, if you register your mobile number.

2.6 Login / Logout Feature

Wagers should only be made by the account holder. Account holders can use a log out button near the top of the ‘play for cash’ page on the website.

2.7 Closing Player Accounts

The Operator reserves the right to close an account at any time without explanation. Unused advance payments will be refunded to account holders.

3 Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

The 20% bonus is a first time sign up bonus that is applied to members FIRST DEPOSIT ONLY. This cannot be combined with any other bonus or promotion nor can it be given to future deposits.

Future deposits attract a bonus of 10% at this time, this can be withdrawn by the Operator at any time.

3.1 In the event a member deposits an amount that does not qualify for a bonus they will NOT be able to claim the bonus on subsequent deposits that would have qualified for a bonus.

3.2 Qualifying players will have their account credited with the bonus providing their deposit meets the minimum and maximum deposit requirements.

3.3 Players are allowed ONE active account. Winnings will only be processed to players who have one account. If a player has more than one account, all winnings will be VOID. If the name on a players account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, all winnings for that account will be VOID. Any abuse or fraudulent activity or any bonuses awarded or offered, will result in the account to be closed and any winnings will immediately be VOID.

3.4 Members are required to wager FOUR times the total amount you are entitled to as a sign-up bonus (member deposit [capped at the maximum potential promotional bonus amount] + promotional bonus) BEFORE you qualify for your bonus.

3.5 All bonus amounts are for wagering purposes only. No withdrawal will be honoured for an amount less than the sign up bonus. Upon a member’s FIRST withdrawal (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from the members account prior to settlement.

3.6 The initial amount wagered by a member will be deducted from their initial deposit(s) rather than from the bonus amount. In all cases a member must make a withdrawal (or spend the bonus) within fourteen days from when the bonus was credited or such bonus credits will be deducted from your play balance at our sole discretion.

3.7 All withdrawals will be subject to audit before being processed. The Operator reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Operator reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

3.8 By participating in this bonus, you agree to be bound by these rules and to the decisions of the Operator (whose decisions are final and binding in all respects). This bonus is subject to our official Terms and Conditions, which shall be binding in all cases. You must comply at all times with the standards and/or laws in any jurisdiction where you are located or residing.

4 Acceptance and Validation of Wagering

4.1 Playing for Real

In order to play for real, a player must wager from funds that are in their member account maintained by the Operator. Similarly all wagering is void if on review the player has never successfully deposited funds into their account, nor received a bonus.

4.2 Confirmed Wagers

In order for a wager to be valid you must receive confirmation from us that the wager has been made. The Operator cannot cancel wagers once they have been confirmed by the Operator in your account unless the wager is declared void for reasons outlined in these Terms.

4.3 Accurate Wagering Records

Despite every effort to ensure total accuracy, we do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in respect of information provided on the site. Wagers based on incorrect odds will be void.

4.4 Deduction of Wagers / Unresolved Wagers

Stakes (the cost of a wager) will be deducted from your account at the time of placing your bet, no matter when the result is determined. The Operator cannot refund bets placed on games where bets have been purchased for future draws that have not yet been resolved. Such bets will be resolved and winnings credited to players bank accounts.

5 Prizes, Payment of Winnings, Withdrawal of Funds and Bonus Promotions

5.1 Crediting Winnings

Winnings due on tickets purchased on your account will be added to your current deposit balance automatically. This update of your account is not 'proof of win'. If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, the Operator reserves the right to void certain winnings and to amend player accounts accordingly. You will be contacted by e-mail for winnings over USD 5,000 ($5,000.00).

5.2 Maximum Winnings

The maximum that any one individual member in any 24 hour period can win (excluding any progressive or superjackpot element to a prize payout) is limited to USD 25,000 ($25,000.00). Should you exceed this limit in any 24 hour period, any bets made once the limit has been exceeded may be rendered void, at the Operator's discretion and your stakes will be returned to your account without any winnings made on those wagers.

5.3 Rounding of Winnings

The Operator uses a wager multiplier to calculate and accumulate gaming odds and it is therefore possible that with certain games, winning payouts can be displayed for presentational clarity having been rounded down to two decimal places to the nearest currency unit (ie pence (GBP) or cents (USD and EUR). However, the Operator's servers calculate and record the exact decimal value of the accumulated winning payouts and members balances.

5.4 The Operator's Wagering Decision is Final

You agree that the Operator and their records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.

5.5 Payment Requests

You must submit your request for payment with a preferred payment method, either credit card payment, cheque payment or bank electronic transfer. The Operator reserves the right to choose a preferred payment method and to refuse payment if a person claiming payment is unable to provide evidence proving their eligibility as the named account holder and are authorised to use the credit or debit card which paid for the winning ticket.

5.6 Incorrect Bank Account Details

It is the sole responsibility of the player to submit the correct bank account and sort code details for payment of winnings. The Operator cannot repay incorrect, successful payments due to incorrect details provided by a player. If payment is unsuccessful, the Operator will notify the player and request corrected bank account details.

5.7 Re-issuing Cheques

In the event of a request to re-issue a payment by cheque, the Operator requires 10 working days notice. This is to ensure there have been no delays with the postal service and to review with the banks the cheque's clearance status with us. Once this has been verified the pending cheque will be cancelled and a new cheque reissued.

5.8 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Players can make withdrawals of USD 10 ($10.00) or above by credit card. Credit card withdrawals are limited to USD $1,000. Withdrawals may be subject to Proof of Identity checks, though usually only when the accumulative sum of withdrawals exceeds a total limit of USD 200 ($200.00).

5.9 Confirmation of Payment Requests / Account Debiting

Once you have submitted your request you will see a confirmation message that the transfer has been actioned and your balance will immediately clear to zero or to the balance of the amount not withdrawn. If you clear your account down to zero, in order to continue wagering you will be required to transfer a minimum deposit of USD 10 ($10.00) into your account.

5.10 Payment Authorisation and Payment

We aim to authorise your card, bank transfer or cheque withdrawal request within 24 hours of receipt of your request. For security reasons players making withdrawals may have to provide some additional information to ensure stringent safeguards are maintained. This is to protect our players and ensure no fraudulent activity is carried out.

5.11 International Bank Transfers

Players currently overseas requesting international bank transfers will be sent their withdrawal less any applicable bank transfer fees - usually USD 10 ($10.00). Alternatively such players currently overseas can opt to receive their withdrawal by cheque in US dollars or pounds sterling.

5.12 Progressive Jackpots

Players choosing to play progressive jackpot games must understand that they have a chance to win the progressive jackpot only if they wager the maximum 'coins' available. A 'Bet Max' button enables Players of such games to ensure they are staking with a chance of winning the progressive jackpot.

5.13 Progressive Jackpot Winnings

All progressive winnings will be subject to final confirmation by the Operator. This decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.14 Progressive Jackpot Accuracy

The Operator has taken every possible precaution to ensure that the progressive value displayed in the game matches the value on the game server. Please note that it is the progressive value on the server that is used when the progressive is paid out. A small discrepancy may arise due to the delay between the initial progressive being displayed to the Player and the progressive that is actually won and paid out.

5.15 Play For Free And Pay To Play Promotional Prizes

You must be over the age of 18 years to enter into the promotional prize draws. The Operator reserves the right to request age and identification documents and at its discretion may use an independent age and identification verification service. Any promotional prizes won by members found to be under the age of 18 years will be declared void.

5.16 Promotional Prizes

From time to time, the Operator offers a variety of prizes or entries into draws for prizes to 'pay to play' players usually, buy not exclusively dependant upon period-specific 'pay to play' wagering or 'free to play' activity. The Operator will state clearly on promotional text and images the activity that players must complete (e.g. 'pay to play' registration to win a prize or be entered into a draw for a prize.)

5.17 Promotional Credits for Wagering Only

If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to an account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts to make future wagers. You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts and we reserve the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them to play the Games during the period specified in the promotion.

5.18 Promotional Prizes

Irrespective of where player's live in the world, the Operator endeavours to deliver all play for real promotional prizes and prizes that have been won via the prize point draws to the prize winner's registered address destination or requested address. The Operator reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value (including a financial consideration) if it is either impractical to deliver the relevant prize to the player's relevant country.

5.19 Location-specific Promotional Prizes

The Operator will specify if 'travel costs' are included in a location-specific promotional prize. Triple Seven Enterprises reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value (including a financial consideration) if it is impractical for the player to travel to a location-based prize. In such cases, the Operator will attempt to offer a similar type of prize at a location nearer to the player but the Operator reserves the right alternatively to offer a financial consideration prize.

5.21 Jurisdiction Liability

The Operator does not accept any responsibility for deposits for customers who deposit from locations or jurisdictions where e-gaming is banned. It is your responsibility to know the gaming laws in your location and to comply with them.

5.22 Prize winner notification and expiry

All prize winners will be contacted by email on the day that prize is drawn. If the winner does not reply to their email (by returning email to sender) within 11 days, they will forfeit their prize and the following will happen. If competition is a prize draw, the draw will be run again and another winner selected. If competition is of tournament structure, the next placed player will be awarded the prize (i.e. if 1st place doesn’t respond then 2nd place will be awarded the 1st place prize).

5.23 Prize winner promotion

The Designated Winner hereby agrees that his first name may be used in any publicity material by the operator.

5.24 Bonus Promotions

From time to time the operator may operate a bonus promotion. The operator reserves the right to determine the member qualification criteria of the bonus promotion.

5.25 Closing Accounts

You may close your account and request payment of outstanding funds at any time. The Operator also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account (without assigning any reason). So long as you have complied with the foregoing obligations and the terms referred to in the terms and conditions your outstanding funds, as recorded on the Operator's systems will be repaid to you.

5.26 How to Close your Account

You may instruct us to close your account at anytime by contacting our customer services department. Do this by going to the ‘contact’ area on the main 777central.com page with details of the account(s) you wish to close.

6 Stakes Wagered

6.1 Minimum Stakes

A minimum stake of USD 0.05 per wager applies. All stakes/wagers contain a unique ticket number/identifier.

6.2 The Operator's Server Evidenced Bet Results

In the event that there is a discrepancy between either the numbers that a Player believes that they have entered or the graphic display of the game they have played and those in the database maintained by the Operator, the numbers in the database are considered valid and no correspondence disputing such issues will be entered into by the Operator. For the avoidance of doubt, this policy covers disputed results on both Play-for-Cash and Pay-for-Fun Games.

6.3 Random Number Generator

You fully accept and agree that random number generator software, hosted on the Operator's servers will determine the outcome of the Games.

6.4 Integrity of Random Number Generator (RNG)

The Service Providers RNG is checked periodically by external IT experts. The Service Providers accounting & financial systems are checked by external accountants. The Service Providers winnings & withdrawals are audited externally to ensure monies owed are paid out to Players.

6.5 Automatic Game Playing / Manipulation of Software

Automatic playing of Games by software or any other manipulation of the Games or your/another Player's account data may result in termination of your membership, deletion of all associated accounts, and the cancellation of any outstanding prizes and deposits. Players that violate this policy will not be eligible for reinstatement under different screen names until further notice.

6.6 Rules and Regulations Violations

The Operator reserves all legal rights and remedies against Players who violate the rules and regulations associated with the Operator's account membership.

6.7 Events Beyond the Operator's Control

Wherever possible, the Operator endeavours to ensure the full protection of all its clients and their bets. However, there are certain events that are beyond the Operator's control. Should you become disconnected from the Operator's site (for whatever reason), the Operator cannot be held liable for any losses that may result therefrom.

6.8 Client Account Balances

The balance of a client's account will at all times be as is recorded on our server. Generally the balance on the server when logging into the website, after a line has been disconnected or become non-responsive, will reflect the true balance after completion of the last bet prior to the breakdown in communications. We regret the imposition of the above; however, it is necessary to avoid further complications.

6.9 Wager Result Acceptance

By placing any further wagers with the Operator the Player accepts the results of any previous wager. As such (at the Operator's discretion) the results of the previous wager are no longer in dispute and no refunds or other adjustments will be granted. If the Player should feel the result of any of the Operator's games is unfair or incorrect the Player should contact the Operator immediately and report the incident.

6.10 The Operator's Terms and Conditions of Play

10 Limits on Liability

10.1 Limited Wagering Liability

The decision of the Operator will be final and binding on all matters and no further correspondence will be entered into. The Operator's liability in respect of any claim or loss will be limited to the stake paid by the Player.

10.2 Failed Networks Communication Liability

In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Operator will not be liable to any person: - in the event of force majeure, - for the failure of, or damage or destruction to, the Operator's central computer system or records, or any part thereof, - for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission system, - for any delay resulting in non-receipt of any entry for a particular draw.

10.3 Events beyond the Operator's Control

The Operator will not be liable for any loss as a result of an act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.

10.4 Liability Outside of These Terms

The Parties shall not commit nor purport to commit the other to honour any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these Rules and Regulations.

10.5 Card Liability

The Operator does not accept liability for damages which may be caused by the interception or misuse of Players' credit card details on the Internet, unless stated to the contrary on the Operator's website pages.

10.6 Supremacy of English-Version of Terms

These Rules and Regulations constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties. If there is a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version is correct.

11 Disputes

11.1 Account Disputes

Where there is any dispute concerning a member’s account, the operator reserves the right to suspend the member’s account until a resolution is reached. The operator takes member disputes very seriously and endeavours to take all reasonable steps to investigate and resolve all disputes.

12 Amendments
